Hey everyone. I have this year's iron man on my roster. Looks like Nabokov got a win last night, but the points aren't showing. My other players received their points.

Anyone else seeing this?

Hi 8228,

Thanks for the post. This is the most common support question by far. Although I can't know for sure without seeing your pool, it's most likely that you have not set up the goalie scoring 100% accurately. It's a simple fix though. You will need to set up each type of goalie win ie: Regulation wins, OT wins and Shoot Out wins. My guess is that you have only set up REGULATION WINS. FYI Nabokov's win last night was a SHOOT OUT win.

So double check the goalie scoring configuration and make any necessary changes. After the stats refresh it will recalculate your goalie points the way you want them. Stats refresh nightly at approximately 2:30am PST.

If after that you still think there might be a discrepancy please email support and we can look deeper. Please include your POOL NAME & ADMIN PASSWORD in all communications.

Thanks for your reply. I looked for a Nabokov-specific post...sorry I didn't research this more.

I will contact our pool admin and ask him about this. I assume he doesn't know that it's working this way.
