I don't know how receptive we will be as a whole to respond to such an objective, personal forum but I will be the first to jump in to the fire.
While we can not know what goes on behind the scenes, i.e. deleting, editing, advising the administrator... my favourite in terms of actual conversation 'moderating' and contribution would be Beans. I think he has a wealth of hockey knowledge at his disposal which benefits the all of us.
Hooray for him.

They do a great job keeping the site up to date and by personal experience i would know it is a tough job.

Hockster, since you are on now and they seemingly are not, can you tell me what type of work other than what I mentioned you have to do? I think it is cool, it is something I would love to do if the conditions were right

well mine was lets just say an 18+ website and we only had comments at the bottom of the page and you could say anything logical.
We bleeped out names of people.
I made it with a group of friends.
I Quit it because it was pointless, we had 1 ad so we made little money.
You had to be on at least once a day to update.
Usually i was on twice.
