My vote would be Chris Simon by far. Although McSorley's act was not something I agree with, I personally think he was suspended more because of the injury than the action. Plus, the NHL had to do something because there were criminal charges on the play. In the end, I think that Brashear was injured more by his helmet coming off and his head hitting the ice than he was by the love tap and Marty hit him with.
Simon, on the other hand, has REPEATEDLY tried to hurt people. I don't care how many times he's said I'm sorry and I don't care about his problems off the ice. 8 suspensions for trying to hurt people is completely unacceptable.
And, It looks like Mr. Downie may be on the same path as Simon.
Did anyone else hear the Meatball Bobby Clarke talking about how Downie's hit on McAmmond was no different than the hits that Scott Stevens used to lay out and that he agrees the with the fact that Downie sucker punched Blake?? It was on off the record yesterday. What a tool.
Regardless, Simon's actions are worse that McSorley's.
Wayne or Bobby?? How about both!!!

i completely agree with you beans 8 times is far to many and the worst of it is that he was only back for 40 games or so (maybe even less) then he steps on rutuu. obvioulsy he is not getting the piont that just because you want too you cant be out on the ice to hurt poeple. it is a brillant game of compentintion and he is making it look bad by his actions i think he should make history and be expelled from the natinal hocky league
