Interesting, Konstantinov has his name on the Cup for the 1997-98 win by Detroit, yet he never played a regular, or playoff game that season...
I would have assumed he was retired after the Limo accident...

I don't think he formally retired, so it is no. But there is another player. Keep guessing. |

Formally retired? The guys career was over after that limo accident. He came out on the ice after the '98 cup win in a wheelchair. Yzerman immediately gave the cup to him as they dedicated their Stanley Cup win to him. So I guess maybe theres more than one player who fits your criteria.. well I'll have to guess again.
Was it Ted Green or Hugh Colfin? |

Risebrough of the Flames or Nilan of the Canadiens.
Maybe a hint if this is a fairly famous player or some unknown 4th liner. Better yet how far are we going back here 20 years, 30 years or in the early 1900s somewhere? |

Nope. Okay, I guess you deserve a hint. The player was a goalie in the 20's. |

Sorry.. I meant who as in what player, not team. And Jersey only won one cup in the 90's. Their second was in the 2000's. |

Sorry not Claude Lemieux. He won only twice in the 90's. Once with New Jersey in '95 and once with the Avalanche in '96. He did win with New Jersey again, but it was in 2000. He also won with the Canadians in '86. |

Larry Murphy. I knew he was there in Pittsbugh but forgot about him in Detroit. |

Name the brothers who were all received points for one single goal. I.e. one brother scored the goal, one brother got the first assist and the other the second assist.
Note this only happened once ever in the history of the NHL. |

Since it was someone who's "never seen a game of hockey" you would think that would be around the L.A. area...I'll go with Kopitar as a wild guess.

since he is the Jordan of hockey, I will take a stab at either of the Hawks rookies of /toews or Kane. |
