I think that we should have soemthing that shows all the members that are all online, it's something to think about admin and mods it would be a pretty good upgrade to the sitr.

i agree if it's not to costly or not too much work

Actually, building on this idea, I think attaching a chat room to the site would not be such a bad idea as a way to keep the content in the actual forums orderly and neat and high quality.

EDIT: Can all the members who look at this join the PickUpHockey Cyber Cup? It only will take two minutes, I am trying to get participation from all the active members. lets say me LF94 and PuckNuts had to vote? agaisnt it and you LF101(lol) pick whos votes make more sense..?

No, I don't think you understand it. That's okay, I'll explain it in a nutshell.
Okay, LeafsRockPlanet created it. So basically it's like the playoffs, you face someone in a debate. LRP will give a topic and you and your opponent will have 2 posts to defend your position on the topic being debated.
At the end of the two posts defending your position on the topic, the other members will vote on who defended their position the best. The person with most votes wins. This goes on until there is a winner. The winner will be known as the "Master Debator" on Pickuphockey.
Thats pretty much it, but it should be something fun. Most of the members are the elite on pickuphockey, so we should see some great discussions.
How does it sound?
