I think we all saw this one coming - Dave Taylor has been fired by the LA Kings along with the entire new coaching staff he replaced Andy Murray with. That was a big waste of time. It should be announced later today and apparantley he knew about it for some time.

How can you blame the management? That team was riddled with injuries/retirements since mid-season. Must be deeper than we know???

Leigh, Talyor has been there for about 9 seasons and the Kings have not won anything over this time. Time for a change and the word is Dean Lombardi (ex SJ GM) is in line for the job.

PS. The Kings have lost 1500 man games to injury over the past 3 seasons so I agree with you there. Tough to win with this many injuries. I bet if you took a closer look a lot of those man games were from impact players. Allison, Deadmarsh, Demitra, Frolov etc.
