Atlanta decided its fate last night by losing to the Capitals and missing the playoffs. That is about all that is certain in the East. Tonight's games are vey important in terms of seeding. Both NJ and Philly could take top spot in the Atlantic division as they are only one point behind the Rangers. There is a battle for first with only one point separating Carolina and Ottawa. Only one point separates 7th place Montreal and Eighth place Tampa Bay. Should be an interesting night.
What a night! New Jersey takes the division in the final game of the season. They are definitely the team to beat right now. Ottawa deserved first place and should beat TB even with Emery in net. I would love to see Buffalo beat Bobby Clarke's Flyers ( I hate him) and Montreal could give Carolina a good test - this one will come down to Huet.
