When I was 10 years old, my favorite player was Curt Brackenbury because he skated the same way I did. That makes him the worst player ever.
The Oil WILL make the playoffs in 2010.
THAT'S some funny sh*t!

I'm picking the Goalie where Daryl Sittler got his 10 point game. Can't remember the name, but I'm pretty sure he only played 1 game. He's got to be on the worst NHL player of all time list, if not at the VERY TOP!

I don't know what you people talk about so Maple Leafs havent won a stanley cup in a while most teams havent but in there franchise they have won the most stanly cups other then the Canadians and people like, Dion Phaneu, Phil Kessel, Tomas Kaberle, Gabovski, Bozak, Kadri, Komisarek, Gustvvson, Gigure are all far from being aweful so think before you speak people come on just a bad yeear this year only,, so many teams have those years sometimes. But Wade Belake is one the worst i would have to say as a Maple Leaf he did fight but didint do much.

I remember when he finally scored after 143 games in 07-08 with the Leafs and hadn't scored a goal since 03-04. I kinda always liked Belak and his personality but in this day and age you don't really need a player like that unless you have a small team that can't defend themselves.
For terrible players this year have a look at Raitis Ivanans of the LA Kings, 56GP 0 G 0A 0PTS -8 117PIMS, I don't ever see him play but really what contribution does he make? Or there's Cam Janssen of the Blues 38GP 0G 0A 0PTS -4 163PIMS and Brad May of Detroit should probably retire 40GP 0G 1A 1PTS -5 66PIMS.
When Hell freezes over, I'll play hockey there too.
Peter Worrell is my #1 worst player ever. Basically a football player in skates, with as much grace and skill as you'd expect from that transition.
A close second is the old Chicago good Mike Peluso - although I had him one year in a pool that picked goons and gave points for PIM's and he went over 400 that year...

patrik stefan 1st overall pick probably playing 1st line mintues and only had 188pts in 450+ games...give aki berg the same minutes with the same playmates and he scores more than 188....way bigger bust than daigle
But, one that comes to mind is Wade Belak. How is this still playing in the NHL?
Irvine/prez.
Irv, what are you talking about? I mean, with a career high 9 points in 02/03, how can you say he's no good Funny thing is, that's more than double his next best season where he had 4.
But I really don't understand how he still plays. He's certainly not a playmaker, not a goal scorer, I don't consider him to be a grinder or an energy guy. And, although I don't see him play often, I don't hear tell of him fighting very much either. So what is his role, exactly?

As for the poster who mentioned Link Gaetz... LOL.
My brother used to hang around with Link a fair amount, the past couple of years. And the guy is really not all there. He is truly crazy. His name should be "Missing a Link" Gaetz. Off the wall, crazy as can be.

Haha, true. 9 Points is a hefty contribution ;).
That is 9 more points than I would get.

It's funny because Schenn puts up the same numbers as Brad Lukowich...so...yea...Lukowhich was a defensive minded d-man, still managed over 100 career points in 600 games...
Patrik Stefan comes to mind, perhaps not 'The Worst Ever' but after being pick 1st overall in1999 he went on to score 59Goals in414 games and retired at 27 years old.
Who went 2 and 3 that year? The Sedin twins...dirty pool Canucks...dirty pool
