Eric Cole skated for the first time yesterday and may start practising with the team. He could provide the inspiration needed for the Canes to defeat Buffalo.

Ahhh come on. The sabres have more speed. more talent its just underrated,,the better goalie, and they have more heart+grit. There is no way canes gonna win this series. Easily sabres in 5... probably less.

Your Sabres sure got outplayed last night. It will take at least 5 to win now. Cole could help the Canes continue the domination.

Cole ain't coming back - its official. With their top three d men out I think the Canes will take the next two. Sorry sabreguy but your boys are done.

Looks like you might be right about this series being over. Although I would love to see a Buffalo-Edmonton final. Either way I think the cup will be coming back to Canada this year. The Oilers are too strong and they are more determined than any otherteam I have seen in a long time.
