alright its the last 7 minutes of the third period, the toronto maple leafs are down 2 - 0. suddenly a hero arrises from the crowd, his name john mitchell anyways we came back and beat the ranger 5 -2 5 goals in 5 minutes against the first place team amazing. so i definately think this years team is the most exciting to watch. also i didnt watch the game but i know fro the score that montreal came back from a 4-1 lead tot beat the islanders 5 - 4 again amazing. so i declare november 1st canadian comeback night. what are your comments? new york teams can suck a d***
luke schenn for the win!

all those goals were crap a back up was in net and calgary already had a 10x better comeback this year good to know fluke goals can arise but in no way was that comeback of the year....take a lap kid

really so you would say 5 goals in 5 minutes by a team that doesnt have any allstars on its(except kaberle) and was against the leagues best team and most defensive. your just mad that the maple leafs did it doesnt suprise me another jealous canadian team. so does that taste good?

The Leafs are very surprising this year. The comeback vs Rangers and their win vs Detroit in opener were amazing. But how long will the Leafs keep up that intensity. They will still finish last and might get John Tavares.

Wow, obviously a leaf hater. Valiquette is the back up but he also had 3 previous shutouts against the leafs including their last meeting at MSG. Crap goals? You call picking the top right corner when skating left a crap goal! you must not have ever played because that isn't that easy. Maybe not the comeback of the year but if you look at the leaf squad compared to the rangers it is pretty darn good to score 5 in 5 late in the third. Fluke goals, my butt, that was the result of speed and determination, sit down and have another drink bud! You don't have to like the leafs but give credit where credit is due!
New York just has it bad, the rangers blew it the lead last year with the Habs and this year wit the leafs, and the Islanders with former Habs Danis and the far overrated Streit got a lil taste of why its better to be on their side and not against them
