Apparantley Eric Lindros visited the Oilers this week to talk contract. Does anyone think Lindros is worth a look? I thought he would resign with the Leafs but I guess there is some interest around the league. I wouldn't sign him as it is almost a guarantee that he will get injured. With the cap being so restricting is it worth it to gamble and end up wasting a million on him?

I'd hire him. He's got skill and if he's healthy he's a solid second liner. He's worth a mil.

Sounds like the deal is done. 1.55 million plus bonuses. Good deal for both parties.

Yes, I agree. If they can get 40 or 50 solid games and maybe a point a game, he's worth it, relatively speaking of course.

nope i dont agree wiht that well it could be true but i wouldnt do it lindros is an old player and after 2 or 3 years hes gonna injure himself or retire hes not even the best player i wouldnt do it
