Pavel Datsyuk 1rst line Centre for the Detroit Red Wings are Discussing Trades with the Philidelphia Flyers for either Peter Forsber and Mike Knuble or Simon Gange and Mike Knuble. This Rumor was reported Wenesday October 18/2006 on The Flyers radio network.

Wow, interesting rumor. I heard some whispers about Datsyuk before the season started but thsi could be a blockbuster. Both teams are struggling so a major shake up wouldn't be a huge surprise. I am going to do some research to see if I can find out some more details to this story.

this would be A good trade for both teams...datsuyk isn't doing that well this season and neither is forsberg and gagne...now that forsbeg hurt his wrist it would make more sense that they would want gagne...also forsberg is getting old and might get a few more seasons..gange on the other hand is still quite young

ummm thatt wont happen since forsberg has a no trade clause and he's mentioned he'd never play for detroit or vancouver out of respect for avalanche fans

Are you sure Forsberg has a no trade clause? I can see him waiving it to get the hell out of Philly. And if Philly does begin its fire sale as rumored, along with Gagne, Forsberg could bring in some good young talent.
