| dont think tucker will be going to KHL...niemi will be a shark...toskala is terrible anyways who cares.....Guerin will retire or go back to pitty for a year....Satan maybe KHL...Hope the leafs pick up Torres....Owen Nolan retires....the way things are going i wouldnt be surprised if the rest of them all go to tampa bay just because Stevie Y is taking everybody lol, that guy will turn that team around for sure. |

I believe Paul Kariya will end up in Anaheim as well. From what Teemu Selanne has stated, it seems as though Kariya was all for it. He even waited apparently, until Selanne made his decision to re-sign. Now, it's up to Anaheim. Who, will likely take a chance with Kariya if he takes a 1-year deal, worth $2M or less.

You have too many players listed as going to the KHL. The KHL have been taking some players, yes. But, I don't think that many will go. Especially since, it seems to be just one team this year snapping up the UFA's. One team has signed Grebeshkov, Nabakov & Afinegenov.
They likely are getting to their limit. Other KHL teams could offer, but a few of these guys I don't see going.
Especially Darcy Tucker.
Modin is unlikely. I think an NHL team will express interest in him. He may not get the price he wants, but he will likely stick it out in the NHL for less than going to the KHL.
Satan & Fedotenko are possibilities. But both can be serviceable NHL players. A team will likely add one or the other for some depth. Especially if they take a pay of their real worth. $1-2M each.

Here is an update
Paul Kariya has signed with Anaheim according to Andy Strickland.
Vesa Toskala has gone to KHL Farjestads.
Patrick O'Sullivan is reportedly talking to Nashville.
