| My favorite is Antropov of course. I have a tendency to like underdogs who are getting unjustifyably criticized. My favourite player that isn't a Leaf is Gaborik. I also like the unsung heroes that never get any real kudos but go out and work hard every shift and just do a good all around job. Beauchamin for Anaheim comes to mind although he did earn some accolades during the Cup run last year. Before someone corrects me I know the spelling of his name probably isn't correct? I also like Chad Kilger and Nylander as well. I used to be a big Brian Glennie fan at one time. My childhood favorite from the late fifty's was the Big M (Frank Mahovlich). Modern day fav has to be Gilmour. That dirty Gretzky high sticked him in the '93 playoffs and there was no call. It cost The Leafs the cup LOL. |
