Oh boy was it a good day for hockey yesterday! The Penguins made their adjustments well and played a game worthy of the hype of this series. I'm definitely pumped to see home ice advantage shifting to Pittsburgh and all the players stepping in and playing their roles. IHC may say that Roberts lacks the right to lead the team, but anyone who watched the game yesterday would hav clearly seen the experiential leadership that Roberts and Recchi both demonstrated. I have to say that Crosby actually played a tough game too. He took an uncalled crosscheck to the chin and kept skating and gave a solid hit behind the net to the offender. I can't wait for today's game, though I wish it wasn't on Versus! Oh, wouldn't it be nice if there was a deal with ESPN.

It was good to see the kids on Pittsburgh are quick learners. Fleury did a nice job of keeping them in it in the second. Malkin has been invisible most of the games. He'll contribute on the odd occasion but he needs to step it up and be there every shift. Crosby was fantastic.
Heatley was great for Ottawa as was Alfredsson.

AHHAHAHAHAHA> thats all i ahve to say to you guys who thought pittsburgh had a chance.. it was obvious ottawa was gonna beat them out.. now i said ottawa in 4 or 5.. and all you kids came up with is that they are a choke team. Ottawa for the win... pittsburgh is OUTTA HERE BABY WOOT
