Im confused on the wording of question and the threads name but I think and hope Washington is in and Philly is out.

Well now that Philly has made it which one won't. The Caps or the Canes. I pray that the Caps make it .I don't like the Canes and there team of divers.

now it looks like the habs are in 1st and the caps are in 8th
that means they'll play eachother and that means montreal is going rto play there former goaltender.
that should be fun to watch.
